3. Booking and Payment Terms

• Booking: All coaching sessions or programs must be booked through the Website.
• Payment: Payments for all services will be processed via Razorpay, a secure payment gateway. Payments must be made at the time of booking the session or program.
• Charges: The service fees and charges are displayed on the Website and are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to booking.
• GST: All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), will be charged as per the prevailing rates in India and included in the final payment amount.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation Charges:
  • 10% Cancellation Charge: If the event or session is canceled 20 days or more before the scheduled date.
  • 50% Cancellation Charge: If the event or session is canceled between 15 and 20 days before the scheduled date.
  • 90% Cancellation Charge: If the event or session is canceled less than 15 days before the scheduled date.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed based on the above cancellation charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through Razorpay and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
• No Show: If you do not show up for a scheduled event or session without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

5. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use the Website and services only for lawful purposes.
• Be respectful to our staff, coaches, and other clients during in-person sessions.
• Not engage in any behavior that could disrupt or harm the session or others involved.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations while attending coaching sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided during coaching sessions, including but not limited to training materials, session recordings, handouts, or any other content, remains the intellectual property of Ampyard Private Limited. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any content provided during the coaching sessions without prior written consent from Ampyard Private Limited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ampyard Private Limited makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the success or outcomes of coaching or training sessions. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from using our services, including but not limited to any loss of data, financial loss, or other incidental damages. In no event shall the total liability of Ampyard Private Limited exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy Policy

The venue for arbitration shall be in Bengaluru, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
